Plain language, no lawyer fog.

What gets collected on this site, who else sees it, and how to stop it.

What you send me

If you fill in the inquiry form, I store your name, work email, company, what you are after, your message, the page you sent it from, and the time. I use it to reply to you and to keep track of the conversation. I do not sell it and I do not add you to a list you did not ask for.

Advertising measurement

This site loads the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) so I can see which ads lead to page views and inquiries and spend the ad budget accordingly. It records page views, views of the Marketing and AI consulting pages, and completed inquiries, along with the usual technical details a browser sends — IP address, browser, and device. Meta may use this for measurement and to optimize and target the ads I run. I do not upload customer lists or email addresses to Meta.

Where the pixel does not run

There is no cookie banner on this site. Instead, the Meta pixel does not run at all for visitors in the UK, Switzerland, or the EU and EEA, or when a visitor's region cannot be determined. Those visits are not measured.

Your choices

You can block the pixel with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker, and you can limit ad personalization in your Meta account settings. Browser signals such as Global Privacy Control are honored where they apply. Ask me to delete your inquiry and I will.
